How does delivery work?

The farmers and producers that supply our community drop off your produce, ingredients and goods at our location. We then put together your grocery list, as it comes in from our online system, and send it out to your location for delivery or to our distribution center for curbside pickup. 

We offer discounts, promotions, and specials year round, so stay tuned to our social media pages for great deals that support our local farmers and producers.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each order depends on the amount of products, the availability of products, and when you place an order. Once orders are confirmed, we will reach out via email to let you know the status of your order, and the estimated delivery/pickup date and time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DoorDash or another delivery service based on availability and delivery area.

Can I return my product?

Fresh Village Farms aims to deliver the highest quality ingredients and products always, but if there are any hitches or issues, please reach out to let us know!

Can I get my product personalized?

Depending on the product and supplier, we will show customization/personalization options next to each product that can be modified.

Yes you can! Please submit your email address to be a part of our regular newsletter which includes exclusive deals, seasonal produce, and updates on new suppliers, vendors, and products in the market.
